- Prepares the dining room and ensures it is clean and presentable
- Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner

- is responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of all assigned restaurant stock and equipment
- performs other duties in accordance with their role and training, and carries out other tasks
as directed by a supervisor
