Chef/Cook

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in preparing the kitchen for work (kitchen and equipment, storerooms,
    refrigeration units, etc.)
  • Prepares and cooks food
  • Processes and prepares meat, fish and other ingredients for meals
  • Applies agreed measures when preparing food, as specified in production
    instructions and menus
  • Maintains the tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment.
