Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing the kitchen for work (kitchen and equipment, storerooms,
refrigeration units, etc.)
- Prepares and cooks food
- Processes and prepares meat, fish and other ingredients for meals
- Applies agreed measures when preparing food, as specified in production
instructions and menus
- Maintains the tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment.
