mediation agency (hereinafter: the Agency). By using the website or submitting personal
data, CVs, or documents, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted
these Terms.
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between candidates and employers and does
not guarantee employment.
Using the website implies:

  • compliance with all applicable laws,
  • respect for third-party rights,
  • prohibition of misuse or unauthorized access.

2. Terms for Candidates

2.1. Scope of Service

By submitting data, the Candidate authorizes the Agency to:

  • collect and process personal data,
  • store CVs and related documents,
  • share data with potential employers solely for employment purposes.

The Agency does not guarantee employment.

2.2. Personal Data and Documents

Candidates may submit identification data, contact information, education and work
experience details, CVs, and other relevant documents. Candidates guarantee the accuracy
of the submitted information.

2.3. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data are processed based on consent, pre-contractual actions, and the legitimate
interest of the Agency, in accordance with GDPR and applicable Croatian law.

2.4. Candidate Rights

Candidates have the right to access, rectify, erase data, withdraw consent, and lodge a
complaint with the competent authority.

2.5. Data Security

The Agency takes technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from
unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

3. Terms for Employers

3.1. Scope of Service

Employers confirm that candidate data will be used exclusively for recruitment purposes and
not shared unlawfully with third parties.

3.2. Employer Data

Employers may submit company details, contact information, and job descriptions.
Employers guarantee the legality and accuracy of the information provided.

3.3. Liability

The Agency is not responsible for employment decisions or contractual relationships
between employers and candidates.

3.4. Confidentiality

Employers agree to use candidate data exclusively for recruitment purposes and to keep it
confidential.

4. Data Protection

Details on personal data processing are available in the Privacy Policy.

5. Final Provisions

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Croatian law applies.
